Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to have very spacious rooms, particularly with Japan's standard, but they felt a bit musty and old. The service was efficient at check-in and check-out, and the staff was quite friendly. The location was really good, close to a JR station, 24-hour supermarket, outlet, and shopping mall. The dining experience was very nice with a good buffet offering local and international options, but some found it not as good as before. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished in an Art Deco style, and had all the amenities I needed. The quiet setting in room 4811 made my packing easy, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The only downside was a missed wipe down of the side table. The hotel's location near the Kansai airport was incredibly convenient, close to shopping outlets, subway, and train stations. The service was very nice, ready to assist, but I missed having coffee in the room. Dining was excellent with a great selection, but could be more international. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money.
The hotel rooms were large and comfortable, with separate shower and toilet rooms, great amenities, an excellent drip coffee machine, and a big cozy bed ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the decor was a bit dated. The space was comfortable and spacious enough for a family of four with two large pieces of luggage.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with amazing views, quiet and very spacious rooms located in the upper part of a 54-story tower. It was the most spacious room I stayed in during my time in Japan. The service was very friendly and helpful, making my check-in and check-out efficient. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station, perfect for exploring the area. The dining experience was top-notch, with great views from the 54th floor. Overall, a fantastic stay if available at a good price.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and mostly clean, but there was an old stain on the carpet and a weird smell, which was a bit off-putting. On the bright side, we had a stunning view of Kansai Airport and the bay from our windows, making the stay quite enjoyable. The service was accommodating and friendly, although there were some shortcomings in terms of helpfulness. The convenient location near the airport and easy access to shopping areas was a major bonus. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
I stayed on the 47th floor and I must say the hotel is impressive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. The facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the big comfortable bed which allowed me to sleep well. However, the dining options were just okay with not much variety. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended if available at a good price.
